Innovationships at UCCS are ideas in motion - an innovative scholarship program within the Bachelor of Innovation Program that is designed to drive creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills for the modern workforce.

This program will empower students to develop new ideas and technologies that drive them forward into an innovative mindset in our ever-evolving world. Innovationships ensure that UCCS remains at the forefront of educational excellence, equipping students with the skills and resources needed to tackle emerging challenges. Through mentorship, hands-on experience, and community engagement, Innovationship recipients are not only shaping their own futures, but also making a lasting impact on industries, society, and the Colorado Springs community.

Key Features of the Innovationships Program Include:

Entrepreneurship & Innovation: Encourages students to think entrepreneurially through creating and developing a concept they propose for Innovationship consideration and support.
Financial Support: Innovationships allow students to minimize their need to work part-time jobs so they can focus their efforts on academic growth, experiential and explore entrepreneurial activities.
Industry Collaboration: Students work directly with corporate and community partners, as well as faculty, to gain hands-on experience in real-world challenges.
